Patch to fix DTD problems

The DTD for gschema files appears to have some issues. I wasn't able to convert it into a RelaxNG schema for use in Emacs nXML mode, nor use it to validate known good gschema.xml files. However, I think the attached patch should fix these problems, so if someone copies the DTD out of the GLib docs they'll be able to use it as expected.
