Double "Fetching documents from null"

I have two online accounts (Google and Windows Live).

Running from jhbuild, I get these two simultaneous notifications periodically, every minute or so.

Expected behaviour: There should be a single fetching notification and it should say where it is fetching from.

Actual behaviour: See attatchment.

Thanks for the report, I pushed fixes for this bug to git master now.
