Summary: 
Document plots when Print Preview Button selected, not if Print Button selected

Computing environment:
   1. Dell Studio laptop, 3.7G RAM, 4 x Intel CPU (2GHz)
   1. Ubuntu 12.04.1 LTS 32-bit
   2. Evince document viewer 3.4.0
   2. system-config-printer 1.3.8
   3. HP DesignJet 750C - CUPS+Gutenprint v5.2.8 driver
   4. HP 755CM plotter

Problem found by:
   1. Open file in evince 
   2. Select Menu File/Print/HP755Plotter:
   3. A.1. Select Print Button
        2. Document does not appear in print queue for HP755
        3. Document does not print on HP755
      B.1. Select Print Preview Button
        2. Document appears in print queue for HP755 plotter
        3. Document prints on HP755 plotter
