Description Matt N 2012-12-06 19:47:44 UTC
There's nowhere where I can say, click on a link posted in a contact's status message. Even in the contact information screen, which opens gnome-contacts, the status is not selectable for some reason.

Re-assigning to gnome-contacts, the link should be clickable.
Comment 2 Allan Day 2014-04-07 15:13:16 UTC
I think we can do this in Contacts - we could show the contact's latest status message below their name in the contact pane. My suggestion would be to have the whole status message act as a button - clicking it would open the source of the message in the browser.
