Description Debarshi Ray 2012-11-29 14:47:25 UTC
If gnome-shell-extensions is built with --enable-extensions=classic-mode, it should add drop a .desktop file in $(datadir)/xsessions, and a .session file in $(datadir)/gnome-session/sessions so that the 'classic mode' shows up in the session chooser.

Add the machinery to provide a classic-mode session

A new session is added only when --enable-extensions=classic-mode is
used.

works fine here - we should just figure out what to call it first.
Comment 3 Debarshi Ray 2012-12-05 14:21:55 UTC
The term 'classic' has leaked out in many places and we will have to rename things anyway. So I am pushing this for the moment.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
