Description Allan Day 2012-11-27 11:03:29 UTC
For consistency, menu items and window titles should use sentence capitalisation, as described in the GNOME HIG:

http://developer.gnome.org/hig-book/3.5/language-labels.html.en

http://developer.gnome.org/hig-book/3.5/design-text-labels.html.en#layout-capitalization

There are a few places where sentence capitalisation isn't used: "New and recent", "Delete this note", "External data".
