GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 688979
media-plugins/banshee-community-extensions-2.4.0 - mirage-extension causes crashes
Last modified: 2020-03-17 09:56:31 UTC
Created attachment 229766 [details] emerge --info (x86 and amd64) after emerging banshee-community-extension in version 2.4.0 on gentoo, banshee crashes when it is using the mirage-plugin. This happens to me for the x86 and the amd64 architecture. This is the main reason, why I am using banshee, so i masked bce-2.4.0 and emerged bce-2.2.0. this works fine with banshee-2.4.1 and i can shuffle my library without breaking the style after each title. Banshee is not under active development anymore and had its last code changes more than three years ago. Its codebase has been archived. Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping to reflect reality. Please feel free to reopen this ticket (or rather transfer the project to GNOME Gitlab, as GNOME Bugzilla is being shut down) if anyone takes the responsibility for active development again. See https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/Infrastructure/issues/264 for more info.
