Also when displaying the Partition Information the following warning is
written to the terminal:
    (gpartedbin:19609): Gtk-WARNING **: Failed to set text from markup
    due to error parsing markup: Error on line 1 char 23: Element
    'markup' was closed, but the currently open element is 'none'

Thank you Mike for identifying this problem and providing a patch to address the issue.  Good catch on the Gtk-WARNING too.

The patch in comment #1 has been committed to the git repository for inclusion in the next release of GParted.

The enhancement to address this bug report has been included in GParted 0.14.1 released on December 12, 2012.
