With integration with input sources, the IME's which shows suggestions needs to be integrated with browser. 
e.g. when you type url in browser , browser shows its own suggestions along with IME suggestions. 
In this case IME should show browser suggestions first.
Please find screenshot attached for Chinese and English language.
This is really annoying when you get suggestions for languages such as English using ibus-typing-booster.
Ibus anthy may not facing this issue because for Japanese language, it shows suggestions after space key.
I am not sure how/where to fix this problem, looks like it can't be fixed in ibus.


How to reproduce:-

1: Go to Region and Language setting panel

2: In input sources panel, select Chinese(Intelligent Pinyin) as input method.

GNOME is going to shut down bugzilla.gnome.org in favor of  gitlab.gnome.org.
As part of that, we are mass-closing older open tickets in bugzilla.gnome.org
which have not seen updates for a longer time (resources are unfortunately
quite limited so not every ticket can get handled).

If you can still reproduce the situation described in this ticket in a recent
and supported software version, then please follow
  https://wiki.gnome.org/GettingInTouch/BugReportingGuidelines
and create a new ticket at
  https://gitlab.gnome.org/GNOME/gnome-shell/-/issues/
