The current contact linking dialog is a bit weird. It tries to allow manual selection of contacts for linking, as well as previews for contacts. All in all, it's a lot of complexity which we would do well to avoid.

If we can fix bug 688343, the dialog won't need to provide manual linking and can be simplified to only show currently linked contacts as well as suggestions. See the mockup:

Much simpler and easier to understand!

Thinking about this some more, we don't actually need to show suggestions in the linked accounts dialog. We already show suggestions in the contacts pane itself; we don't need to do it again here.

I've updated the mockup to reflect this.
