AlarmItem: Fix expiration time

Remove seconds and microseconds from the expiration time. So far the
exact alarm time depended on the second the user saved the alarm. Now
the alarm always starts at full minutes.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
