Description Martin Ejdestig 2012-11-12 19:37:44 UTC
Found out that enter can be pressed by searching bugzilla (bug 687678). Why is the password field not displayed when any key is pressed on the keyboard?

I also think the current design can be a usability/accessibility issue. The swipe upwards gesture may be simple perform on touch screens, but it is not as simple with the mouse. This may be a completely separate issue, but I believe showing the password field when any key is pressed may help alleviate the problem (a bit). The bounce upwards animation is not really helpful if you have a hard time performing the swipe gesture.

Ah, gnome-shell... that explains why I could not find any previously reported bug. Sorry for the dupe.
