When creating a shared memo (personal memos or other), although the TO: address of the peer is valid.
There's no log message for Evo or E-D-S.

Nice, I broke this within bug #635828. The thing is that memo entries store attendees differently from all others, in a nonstandard way, thus the mail was not sent. The patch also enables sending of memo changes, if the organizer is a user.
