Description Jeremy Bicha 2012-11-04 04:17:30 UTC
F10 opens the gear menu in Nautilus 3.6 and Epiphany 3.6.1. Consider adding this keyboard accelerator to Disks.

It's a little more complicated since Disks has two gear menus. I'd expect F10 to open the disk-level menu instead of the partition-level menu in this case.
Comment 1 David Zeuthen (not reading bugmail) 2012-11-16 22:24:20 UTC
In master there's actually the following changes

 - the two menus now use a different icon, see e.g.
   http://people.freedesktop.org/~david/gnome-disks-swap-label.png

 - they're both always shown, even for non-drives (e.g. fake block
devices such as the LVM stuff, loop devices, etc.)

I've made F10 open the disk gear menu and Shift+F10 open the other one. I also added a couple of other short cuts, see

 http://git.gnome.org/browse/gnome-disk-utility/commit/?id=09edcb66652a91ac1c8e8eaa3ed2507cb9a32737

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
