Description James 2012-11-01 23:55:11 UTC
I pressed Alt+PrintScreen to take a screenshot. The window flashed, and I waited for the usual "save as" dialog to appear which never did. Some weeks later, I realized the pictures were auto saving in ~/Pictures and turns out this is a new feature :P

I couldn't care less about this new feature, but if it's intended, this should definitely be accompanied with a notification dialog like:

"Your screenshot has been saved to ~/Pictures". (Hold shift with <Printscreen> to prompt for save location) [X] don't show notification again.

Hope this is self explanatory. I'm considering this a bug/regression because I didn't know where my screenshots were.

Thanks!

James
