Meta bug to track bugs for various EDS improvements.

Just renaming the bug title here.

To clarify, we just wanted a tracker bug we could watch to track the bugs
and patches we are filing for EDS this year.

fixing the dependency graph by inverting it. this one must depend on the other bugs, instead of blocking them as you cannot resolve blocked bugs.
