Description andy 2012-10-30 15:39:36 UTC
Adding a Auto Filter to a column works as expected.
But, when plotting or applying a calculation to the column,
the whole data is used instead of the filters result set.

This is different behaviour compared to excel and openoffice.

What exactly do you mean by "applying a calculation to the column"?w

In Excel, if I have a filter with regard to data in A2:A10 and evaluate =sum(A2:A10) elsewhere then the cell containing the sum formula always shows the sum of all values independent of which values are shown in range A2:A10.
Comment 2 andy 2012-10-30 18:50:45 UTC
hello / hallo
then its more concerning plotting / dann hat es eher mit dem
Diagrammzeichnen zu tun

in excel, the diagram ony shows filtered values / zeigt das Diagramm
nur die gefilterten Werte
