While creating a new account, the initial representation to collect information does not show proper labels (It's actually enough for the window to loose focus to repaint correctly, so likely there is only a signal missing).

Attached a screenshot to visualize what I mean.

I'd rate it 'major' as it's one of the first dialogs seen by users... and it's not inviting / helpful to fill it in.
