We need to break this chain somewhere.  It looks to me like nautilus-sendto doesn't actually require nautilus at *build* time, so we can cut that dependency.

But that doesn't solve the core -> apps dependency.  There are two options:

1) Move nautilus-sendto into core
2) Make nautilus-sendto a dynamic plugin for gnome-bluetooth, rather than a build-time dependency

Bug 680983 will fix that, as it will remove the dependency altogether (no more plugins).
