Description William Jon McCann 2012-10-23 22:29:55 UTC
Today I observed a user that was complete confused when they were unable to resize windows in half max state. They either didn't know the window was in a special mode or didn't understand that it was special at all. They kept moving the mouse around looking for the ability to resize.

Perhaps we should allow the ability to resize here. I guess it would have to snap out of half max in that case.
