my jhbuild ends with this error in gst-plugins-base:

make[1]: Entering directory `/home/mclasen/Sources/gst-plugins-base/gst-libs/gst/pbutils'
make[1]: *** No rule to make target `pbutils-marshal.list', needed by `pbutils-marshal.h'.  Stop.

I think this needs a proper git clean  and/or autogen.sh - could you try that?
