Description Julien Olivier 2012-10-21 08:55:07 UTC
Sometimes, mostly after resume, the status icon displayed in the user menu (top right in gnome-shell) is the "unavailable" one while the status displayed when you click on the menu is "available".

To update the status icon corrctly, I have to manually set the status to "unavailable", then "available".

Please note that it is (at least) in the latest Ubuntu GNOME remix, and that I've found a bug report about that in Ubuntu: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/gnome-shell/+bug/1006605

Could be related to bug 662780 or bug 658955.
Comment 3 Florian Müllner 2014-11-07 18:33:17 UTC
The user menu is gone, closing.
