GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 686531
gnome lockdown by password dialog
Last modified: 2014-08-06 12:45:32 UTC
Sorry I don't know where exactly the bug is located so I report it for gnome-shell: If you log in in gnome and you have an encrypted device you will be asked immediately for the password (general a bad idea). But this dialog is broken. It doesn't disappear whatever you click (abort, confirm) and grabs the input so you can't get rid of it. => total lockdown of gnome
my system is an 64bit archlinux

Isn't this bug about unlocking encrypted disks? Nothing to do with gnome-shell.
