Description Simon Feltman 2012-10-17 05:09:44 UTC
We should be able to removed these once: https://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=686263 is pushed.

Thanks Simon. But to ensure that we don't break the API for people who update pygobject earlier than GTK, and as we cannot enforce the dependency in upstream pygobject, I'd vote for keeping the overrides for the 3.8 cycle still and only drop them in the GNOME 3.10 cycle. OK for you?
Comment 2 Martin Pitt 2013-02-27 08:42:28 UTC
As I just wrote to bug 686263, this very much smells like a WONTFIX here.
Comment 3 Simon Feltman 2013-02-27 09:36:03 UTC
I will do the honors.
Comment 4 Martin Pitt 2013-02-27 10:04:02 UTC
For the record, this sounds like a special case of bug 622123.
