Description Mario Blättermann 2012-10-16 17:08:01 UTC
To get correct updated pot files for the user manuals which are created
by using itstool, we would need an update for that package. Older
versions than 1.1.3 don't support marking items in Mallard files as
untranslatable. For Glabels, I've marked a lot of them, mostly images
which don't contain translatable strings or configuration values which
can't be translated unintentionally this way. Moreover, the superfluous
things increase the string count noticeably which isn't really
attractive for new translators.

That's why, please bump the itstool version to 1.2 (at least 1.1.3), if
possible.

Looks like itstool 1.2 has not been packaged yet, I've just installed version 1.1.3-1. Is that enough? otherwise we'll have to package the latest version by hand :)

Thanks for your fast response. Yes, that's sufficient for my needs, the missing feature is included in the 1.1.3 release. I will test it with a dummy commit to the master branch if it works.

Just tested, works fine. Thanks for the update.
