Description Daniel Drake 2012-10-16 02:24:45 UTC
Testing nautilus-3.6.1 on Fedora 18 on OLPC XO laptops:

Insert a USB disk. Nautilus opens automatically, showing the files on the disk. In the sidebar on the left, there doesn't appear to be any item selected.

Click on the eject icon next to the media name in the sidebar. The device doesn't get unmounted. Instead, the only visual response is that the device is now highlighted/selected in the sidebar.

Click again - now it unmounts.

Ejecting from the right-click menu of the desktop icon for the device seems work 100% reliably.

Retested in nautilus-3.6.3, this now seems to be working.

I guess this is fixed by http://git.gnome.org/browse/nautilus/commit/?h=gnome-3-6&id=70e19941b3a747ab7caf79aec0d51a97d9bd7174

Thanks!
