Test code that tries to cycle between all available cameras after a timeout

Using the attached test code, one can not switch from the in-built laptop camera to other USB webcams and vice versa.

In Cheese, if you switch from the inbuilt camera to the external USB camera, then it works as long as you don't change the photo resolution chosen for you. If you fiddle with it, the it reverts back to using the in-built camera.

This seems to be fixed in upstream already, please reopen if it still doesn't work for your case.
