After Enter Login Name and PAssword, a light tower picture appears and all applications icon appears one by one. After Gnome Environment starts, panel program crashes and bar in lower side of screen never comes.

Please try the latest gnome-libs and gnome-core releases available
from http://download.gnome.org/

These have fixes for most known crashes.
