GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 685587
F1 key press doesn't open the Contacts help
Last modified: 2012-11-12 11:37:08 UTC
Running 3.6.0, nothing happens when you press F1 while running Contacts. This commonly used keyboard shortcut by most Windows users should be available across all of GNOME (works fine in Nautilus, Eye of GNOME, Evince, ...). F1 should be mapped to open the Contacts documentation in the help app.

Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to get F1 to work in the New Contact window but this at least works in the main window.
Jeremy, thanks. I can confirm the patch works for me. Tested on openSUSE 12.2: https://build.opensuse.org/package/show?package=gnome-contacts&project=home%3Aglunardi%3Abranches%3AGNOME%3ASTABLE%3A3.6 +1
Patch looks good to me as well. Alexander: ok for us to merge it?
