This means the last column on http://l10n.gnome.org/releases/compare/ui/2-32/3-0/3-2/3-4/3-6/

It should be colored like:

- green: for increment or equal when everything is green
- red: for decrement
- orange: for equal when everything is orange

Sorry, that's because I was at work and bugzilla picks the OS from the browser you are using (and yes, sadly I have to use Mac at work :S)

Gil this patch doesn't work as it should.

stats_extras.py file needs some work.
