Improve byzanz-record manpage

It was requested for Debian GNU/Linux to add an additional manpage for Byzanz which describes briefly what the application is all about and then pointing to byzanz-record and byzanz-playback. I agree with the bug reporter that it is more natural to look up the name of the application first before investigating other commands.

Furthermore Jari Aalto send in other patches which sort the commands alphabetically in byzanz-record.1 and simplify the wording in byzanz-playback.1.

I have just realised that the manpage of byzanz-record doesn't mention the webm support of byzanz.
