Description Jakub Steiner 2012-10-02 13:50:43 UTC
When opening terminal on a remote sftp:// location, the user is not respected and a current local user is being used, failing authorization in my case.
Comment 1 Michael Catanzaro 2013-03-28 03:33:27 UTC
I added a workaround to Bug #685290, which is likely caused by the same underlying issue.
Comment 2 André Klapper 2020-03-05 10:51:55 UTC
Closing as WONTFIX as per https://gitlab.gnome.org/Infrastructure/Infrastructure/issues/261 - this is not needed anymore and part of gnome-terminal itself nowadays.
