This screenshot illustrates the text label disappearing bug.

The text labels and text input box disappears when I switch between different tools. For example, when I switch from brush tool to eraser tool then return back to brush tool, all the text labels on brush tool option is gone, and there's no way to enter parameters (i.e. brush size) manually.

The only way to get the labels back is to undock the tool option box and re-dock the box again. But then again, switch to other tools, same problem reappear.

This bug is appearantly not present in Linux version of GIMP, so I suspect this is Windows port specific one. Also, this behavior is shared along all 2.8.x versions of GIMP, and was not observed in versions prior to 2.8.x (I tested 2.6.12 and 2.6.10)
