GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 684850
Password entry does not have the focus by default
Last modified: 2012-09-28 14:26:21 UTC
I think the only important goal of GDM is letting user type a password. However to type a password, user has to take his mouse, click his name, wait for a slow animation, then move fingers back to keyboard and type. I think last logged user should be selected by default. AFAIK that's what lightdm does.
how many users are registered/visible in this use case - i.e. is this a case of a single-user system?
Myself and "test" :)
Version info welcome (and setting the "Version" field). 3.4, 3.5?
3.5.92.1-0ubuntu1
