Screenshot of a file icon in the Nautilus desktop with the High Contrast theme

When I enable the High Contrast theme and set Nautilus to handle the desktop, the labels on file icons are especially unreadable: black text, with no shadows and no background colour.

In order to guarantee high contrast, the labels on these desktop icons should have a solid white background.
