The spinner button on the toolbar is smaller than all other buttons, this looks pretty ugly.

This makes the spinner the same height as the other buttons.

I tend to find the smaller spinner cute rather than ugly ;) This does not seem to be part of the designs though, so ACK for being consistent. This needs a code hard freeze break to get in though (or to wait until 3.6.1).
