If you keep pressing Esc enough times, you will end up with a blank form like the one attached with no way to interact with it.

I can reproduce it on 3.5.91-96-gb145152, but not on 3.5.91-97-g107f5de, which is current master and includes the fix for bug 682545.
Based on that, I'm closing it fixed. Please reopen if you experience it again.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
