Description Colin Walters 2012-09-03 22:53:52 UTC
I got a question from a user who said that before, they could increase cursor size with the "high contrast" theme, but I'm not seeing an option for affecting the cursor anymore.

Oversight or intentional?
Comment 1 Matthias Clasen 2012-09-04 01:52:52 UTC
Cursor size was removed together with the theming.

What I have been arguing for in the past is that 'Large Text' should also make the cursor large. Or maybe we want a separate 'Large cursor' switch in the a11y panel.

We could also add the cursor size setting in gnome-tweak-tool - it already expose the cursor theme.

Right, the user said they'd used the "High contrast" theme. We now have that as an a11y-menu option, but it doesn't affect the cursor.

I don't think it ever did...
