Evolution notifies new mails.
If I open the Inbox folder, so I can see for a split second, some new mails in bold.
If the folder is opened, these files are gone.
This problem occurred more than once

Thanks for a bug report. I suppose you face bug #559391, which is supposed to be fixed in 3.4.4+. Thus I'm marking this bug report as a duplicate of it.
