PDF with a drop-down menu that exhibits the bug

When filling a form with a drop-down box (see the "Section" field near the top-right of the attached PDF), you cannot immediately select the default option (which is "A" for the "Section" field). Instead, you have to select another option (e.g. "B") and then select the default option.

Still possible to reproduce with Evince 3.7.5/poppler 0.22.1.
