I noticed Nickserv is not available on irc.gnome.org, that is, I cannot register my nickname. I'd like to have this feature available, if possible, as with Freenode, for example. What do you think?

GNOME Sysadmin doesn't run GIMPnet (irc.gnome.org) - since GIMPnet has been running without a nickserve since about 1997 I assume the lack is intentional and not an oversight, but if you want to ask, you can do try doing so on #opers.
