go-spectre: Fix EPS support

In utils/go-spectre.c, a var was removed in commit b2198aac12cb885731cf02b6fd13d1c1b4b692c0

With EPS support, goffice now fails to compile.

Attached a simple patch to fix the issue.

This problem has been fixed in the development version. The fix will be available in the next major software release. Thank you for your bug report.
