Fix setting Individual properties when no suitable Personas exist

This should fix it, but I haven’t had a chance to test it yet as I’m currently rebuilding all of Empathy’s dependencies. It can be reviewed now, but I won’t commit until I’ve tested it.

Tested. It passes the folks test suite, and editing contacts in Empathy still works.
