" When sending email to internationalized domain names, the domain name should be translated to ACE/punycode for sending to the MTA. Duplicate of bug 209441? Probably needs retesting in 3.5 with evolution[webkit].
In Evolution V 3.8.4 the same prob. Its don't change into punycode.
this is a dupe of bug #486018 which got fixed and works in my evolution 3.12.9 on Debian. See https://wiki.debian.org/IDN for test addresses.
