Description Jack 2012-08-10 07:38:26 UTC
There should be an option to allow the splashscreen that appears on Unity to show up in Gnome as well, the quicksave of course still being an option for thos who would like it.

You can launch the "Screenshot" application instead of the keybinding, and then it will ask you where you want to save the file.

If you want the old behavior back instead, that'd be bug 669629, so marking as a duplicate.
