Description Cosimo Cecchi 2012-08-07 09:33:30 UTC
Scenario:
- I have the "Dim screen to save power" option toggled on in System Settings; the preference by default only applies when the laptop is on battery power
- Let my laptop idle for a bit, so that the screen dims as expected
- Now plug in the AC connector

Result:
- The screen is still dim, to make it use the normal brightness again you have to use the brightness control keys

Expected:
- Since the setting only applies on batter power, as soon as I plug in the power cable, brightness should be automatically restored to the non-dim level
