I'm using Totem 34.2 with GStreamer 0.10.36 (french).
Bug tested 2 times, failed 2 times.

I opened 51 .flac files in the totem playlist and I simply used the mouse wheel to scroll up and down in the playlist. It changes the playback time too and thus it's impossible to use the mouse wheel in Totem.

As Totem is mainly a GUI app, I set the severity to major since this bug diminishes significantly the ease of use of the app.
