Don't shutdown guest after win7 autoinstall

The unattended file with Windows 7 contains a command to shutdown the box after the installation is done. This does not really make sense to me, and it seems to have been there since the beginning, so let's assume this is an oversight and can be removed.

BTW, you want to do the same for win*.xml.
