image of over-long list

When there are many wifi networks, often I cannot see them all, since the menu's bottom extends off of the screen. The part that has a scroll bar doesn't always appear, and when it does, it is sometimes cramped at the bottom, making scrolling resolution poor.

I'm guessing that this is because the cut-off point between the flat list and the scrolling part is chosen to be between two networks. Then, as more are discovered, the flat list expands until the scrolling part no longer fits.

I've attached an image.

I am using gnome 3.2.1.
