Steps to Reproduce:

1) push windows key to open activities overview
2) push power off button of your pc/notebook

Actual Results:
nothing happens

Expected Results:
The default power off dialog should be shown, where you can select cancel/restart/power off, like it already work if have some program opened and then push the power off button

Platform:
Ubuntu 12.04 with gnome-shell 3.4.1-0ubuntu2
